低碳经济背景下海西旅游开发研究——以福建省建宁县乡村旅游开发为例

摘　　要：当前经济发展与资源环境矛盾日益深化。低碳经济是人类发展必由之路,是解决环境问题和能源问题的根本途径。低碳经济背景下,海西旅游低碳开发具有必要性。明确低碳经济和低碳旅游相关概念,坚持低碳经济理念,以福建省建宁县乡村低碳旅游开发为例,对乡村低碳旅游项目、低碳旅游产品、低碳旅游活动进行开发和设计。There are increasing conflicts between economic development and resource environment. Low-carbon economy is the only way of human development. It is a fundamental way to solve environmental problems and energy issues. Under the background of Low-carbon economy, there is necessity and principle of tourism development about the economic zone on the west side of the straits. In the First, the paper defines the concepts of Low-carbon economy and Low-carbon tourism. The second, the paper takes Low-carbon economy concept as a guide and takes rural tourism development of Jianning County for example. Finally, the paper analyzes the Low-carbon development and designs rural tourism about the programs, the products and the activities.
