活血化瘀方药防治肾纤维化的机制研究

摘　　要：目的:对活血化瘀方药防治肾纤维化的机制进行研究。方法:通过查阅文献,对单味中药的有效成分和复方的治疗方法进行研究。结果:活血化瘀类药物能够减少细胞外基质沉积,减轻肾间质纤维化,延缓肾衰竭进程。结论:活血化瘀方药能防治肾纤维化。Objective：To study the mechanism of formula and herbs with the function of activating the blood-flow and dissolving the blood stasis in the prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis.Methods：The active ingredients of single herb and treatment methods of compound formula were searched through literature review.Results：Herbs with the function of activating the blood-flow and dissolving the blood stasis could reduce the deposition of extracellular matrix,relieve renal interstitial fibrosis and delay the process of renal failure.Conclusion：Formula and herbs with the function of activating the blood-flow and dissolving the blood stasis could prevent and treat renal fibrosis.
