丹参注射液治疗特发性面神经麻痹临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参注射液治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:选择特发性面神经麻痹患者随机分为两组,治疗组及对照组各30例,治疗组采用西医常规对症治疗选用维生素B1 0.1 g及维生素B12 0.5 mg穴位注射,1次/d,14 d为1疗程;泼尼松片30 mg,1次/d,连用3 d后每隔日递减5 mg至停用;0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL加利巴韦林0.3 g静脉滴注,1次/d,14d为1疗程,必要时应用抗生素眼膏保护角膜。治疗组在对照组药物治疗基础上给予丹参注射液,静脉滴注,1次/d,14 d为1疗程。结果:治疗组30例,痊愈16例,显效7例,痊愈显效率为76.67%;对照组30例,痊愈3例,显效10例,痊愈显效率为43.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:丹参注射液治疗特发性面神经麻痹疗效显著。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection for the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis.Methods：Idiopathic facial paralysis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was given conventional symptomatic western medicine treatment of vitamin B1 0.1 g and vitamin B12 0.5 mg for acupoint injection,1 time/d,14 d as a course of treatment;prednisone tablets 30 mg,1 time/d,continual administration for 3 d and then decreasing 5 mg every other day untildrug withdrawal;0.9% sodium chloride injection plus ribavirin 0.3 g for intravenous infusion,1 time/d,14 d as a course of treatment,if necessary,apply antibiotic ointment to protect the cornea.The treatment group was given Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection for intravenous infusion based on the medication given to the control group,1 time/ d,14 d as a course of treatment.Results：Among 30 cases in the treatment group,16 cases recovered,7 cases were markedly effective and the curative rate was 76.67%;30 cases in the control group,3 cases recovered,10 cases were markedly effective and the curative rate was 43.33%.The therapeutic effects of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Salvia miltiorrhiza injection is significantly effective in the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis.
