复智胶囊治疗血管性痴呆临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复智胶囊治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法:采用随机平行对照试验的研究方法,对60例VD患者按单纯随机分组给药,治疗组30例口服复智胶囊,加服安理申模拟药,对照组30例口服安理申,加复智胶囊模拟药,疗程为12周。结果:复智胶囊和安理申均可以明显改善血管性痴呆患者的各项认知功能和行为能力的积分(P<0.01)。对痴呆的总体疗效,两药物效果相近(P>0.05)。两药对记忆认知的作用也近似(P>0.05)。对行为能力的改善方面,复智胶囊的作用明显优于安理申(P<0.05)。结论:中药复智胶囊对痴呆有确切的疗效。同时在改善全身机能状况及症状方面有明显作用,可以提高患者的生存质量。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of Fuzhi Capsule in the treatment of vascular dementia（VD）.Methods：Research method of randomized parallel controlled trial was adopted.60 VD patients were randomly assigned into the treatment group（n=30,orally administered Fuzhi Capsule with additional Donepezil analog drug） and control group（n=30,orally administered Donepezil tablets with additional Fuzhi Capsule analog drug）,for 12 weeks.Results：Both Fuzhi Capsule and Donepezil tablets can remarkably improve the scores of cognition and activity of VD patients（P〈0.01）.The two kinds of drugs have similar effects to the total effectiveness of dementia（P〉0.05） and similar cognitive function to memory（P〉0.05）.Fuzhi Capsule was better than Donepezil tablets in promoting the scores of behavior（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Fuzhi capsule has certain effects on VD,and plays an obvious role in ameliorating the status of body function and symptoms,which could promote the life quality of VD patients.
