疏肝健胃汤配合针灸对功能性消化不良胃动素及生长抑素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝健胃汤配合针灸治疗功能性消化不良(FD)患者的临床效果及对胃动素(MOT)及生长抑素(SS)的影响。方法:将76例FD患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组36例,治疗组采用中药疏肝健胃汤配合针灸治疗,对照组采用西药莫沙必利口服,观察患者症状的改善情况、临床效果及胃动素和生长抑素的变化情况。结果:治疗组与对照组均对FD患者的主要症状:胃纳减少、脘胁隐痛、食后腹胀、早饱、恶心呕吐、咽部梗阻感有明显改善作用,P<0.01;治疗后两组比较,治疗组改善症状效果更明显,P<0.01或P<0.05;临床疗效治疗组有效率为95%,对照组为83.33%,治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组与对照组均对胃动素及生长抑素有明显改善作用,P<0.01;治疗后两组比较,治疗组改善效果更明显,P<0.05;结论:疏肝健胃汤配合针灸治疗功能性消化不良患者有明显效果。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Shugan jianwei decoction combined with acupuncture in treating functional dyspepsia（FD） and the influence on motilin（MOT） and somatostatin（SS）.Methods：76 cases of FD were randomly divided into the treatment group of 40 cases and the control group of 36 cases.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Shugan jianwei decoction combined with acupuncture,while the control group wa given oral administration of mosapride.Improvements in symptoms,clinical effects and changes of motilin and somatostatin were observed.Results：The treatment group and control group were both effective in significantly improving the main symptoms of FD patients such as decreased appetite,gastric and hypochondriac pain,abdominal distention after eating,early satiety,nausea,vomiting and throat obstruction feeling,P〈0.01;after treatment comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment group was more effective in improving symptoms,P〈0.01 or P〈0.05;in terms of clinical efficacy,the effective rate of the treatment group was 95% while the control group was 83.33%.The treatment group was superior to the control group,P〈0.05;both treatment group and control group showed significant improvement in the motilin and somatostatin,P〈0.01;after treatment,the treatment group showed better improvement effects,P〈0.05.Conclusions：Shugan Jianwei Decoction combined with acupuncture has significant effect in treating functional dyspepsia,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
