摘 要:利用果胶酶对苎麻原麻中胶质含量进行检测分析研究,对获得的纤维的物理性能进行检测分析,研究结果与国标法的检测结果进行比较。结果表明,经t检验,胶质脱除率、单纤维断裂强力和纤维支数的检测结果与国标法无显著性差异,纤维白度的检测结果则差异显著。另外,酶法检测检测时间和强度缩短50%以上,是一种低能耗低强度的检测新方法。A new method was developed to determine the pectin content of ramie phloem by pectinase, and the obtained ramie fiber was analyzed. The tested data were compared with those of the traditional chemical method. The results showed that there were no significant differences for pectin content, single fiber strength and fiber numbers, but there was a significant difference for fiber whiteness between the two methods according to the statistical analysis of t-test. This enzymatic testing method has much more beneficial to environment, both the determining time and labor intensity could be shorter over 50%, and it was a low energy-consuming and low labor-intensity new testing technology.
