摘 要:介绍了按照《军队护理质量评价指标》中《护理人员服务质量民意调查表》拟定了各项服务项目对护士进行了评价,并在实践中不断总结经验,找出薄弱环节及缺陷,两次重新修订了标准,减少了评价的误差。同时还建立起了:重复反馈机制、全面激励机制、良好的导向机制,起到了强化护理人员的服务意识、提高护理质量、体现以病人为中心、促进医疗工作发展的作用。Examination and management of quality of nursing care services are discussed from: translation of medical Sci-Tech progresses into productive forces of nursing services to gradually advance from indigenous to modern, from small to large, from low to high levels , and in large hospitals to international standardized specifications ; introduce , research , develop advanced experiences, rationalization proposals, technical innovations, especially in weak links, knotty skills, according to regional, local current equipments and other conditions; work out regulations for technical operations in specilaized areas, with system of tests for quality; practise strict standards for work, organization, attitude, discipline, so as to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, efficiency, benefits of integrated health care services.
