摘　　要：利用计算机模拟软件V-Cast对大型铸钢底座的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,预测了铸钢底座产生缩孔、缩松缺陷的位置。根据模拟结果设计了铸钢底座的保温冒口、冷铁和浇注系统,再次模拟表明,该工艺解决了铸造过程中的缺陷问题,铸件的质量得到了保证。The computer simulation software V-Cast was applied to analyze the solidification process of large sized cast steel base. The position of its shrinkage defects was predicted. The insulating riser, chill and gating system was designed based on the simulation results. The results show the optimized process eliminates the defects, the quality of the castings is ensured.
