摘  要:汽车连杆楔横轧制坯过程中,在连杆毛坯大头外端部位容易出现堆料缺陷。借助DEFORM-3D有限元软件对某汽车连杆毛坯成形过程进行仿真模拟,分析了其成形过程中产生堆料的原因,提出了一种消除堆料的方法。研究结果表明:产生堆料的主要原因是金属流动受阻,通过优化堆料处斜楔斜面的摩擦因子和成型角,堆料问题可以得到有效解决。实际生产试验验证了该方法和数值模拟的可靠性。本研究可为解决楔横轧成形工艺中锻件堆料问题提供相关理论依据。The stacking defects can be often found in cross-wedge rolling (CWR) process of automobile connecting rod blank. The finite element code Deform-3D was employed to analyze the reasons which can lead stacking in this process. A method for eliminating stacking defects was proposed. The research results indicate that metal flow can play a significant role in the forming of stacking. Stacking defect can be avoided by optimizing friction factor and forming angle at slope surface to ameliorate local metal flow. The industrial example can validate the validity and correctness of this method and numerical simulation. A useful guidance for solving stacking defects in CWR process of other similar parts can be provided.
