摘  要:运用ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)开发了连续驱动摩擦焊温度场数值模拟的专用程序,通过人机交互界面实现了参数的快速输入和调整,自动生成模型并完成连续驱动摩擦焊温度场的分析。实现了有限元建模和分析的参数化,省去了大量重复的过程和繁琐的操作,极大的提高了分析效率。The special program was developed based on ANSYS parametric design language (APDL) for numerical simulation of temperature field of continuous drive friction welding. By the interactive interface of man and machine, the parameters were input automatically, the models were generated and the analysis was completed. The finite element model and analysis process parameterization were realized, which can avoid a lot of repeated procedures and complex operations, improve the efficiency of the analysis.
