摘  要:针对某重卡前轴成形辊锻-模锻设计方案进行数值模拟仿真,建立前轴精度与成形工艺参数之间的定量关系,并引入到前轴成形辊锻有限元模拟分析中。采用数值模拟仿真技术,分析了某重卡前轴成形辊锻过程中弹簧板、弹簧板和工字梁过渡部位折叠缺陷的产生机理,为实际生产中重卡前轴成形辊锻工艺中的折叠缺陷的控制提供指导。The process combined precision roll-forging and die-forging for front axle was studied by numerical simulation, in which the quantitative relationship between accuracy and the process parameters was applied. The finite element model of roll-forging process was established based on the FEM, and then the forming mechanism of folds in the spring seat and the transitional section between the spring seat and the l-beam were analyzed, which can also provide a guidance for the optimization of the front axle in production.
