摘　　要：产业安全是国家经济安全的重要组成部分和经济发展的基础。俄罗斯农业、工业和服务业发展不平衡,三大产业的竞争力均较弱,抵御外来威胁的能力较差,因而俄罗斯产业安全度总体评价"较差"。生产要素的安全状况与产业安全状况密切相关,俄罗斯的资源安全状况最好,劳动力安全状况最差,资金安全状况、技术安全状况和市场安全状况一般,这使俄罗斯的产业安全总体始终处于不安全状态,从而对俄罗斯的国家综合实力、国际地位和国家安全等方面产生着重要的影响。Industrial security is an important component of national economy as part of the national economy as well as its foundation.Russian agriculture,industry and service industries are unevenly developed and the competitiveness of the three industrial sectors is relatively weak,and the capacity of resisting external threat is rather poor;hence the general assessment of its industrial security status is poor.As the security of production elements and industrial security is closely connected,the security of Russian resource security is the best,and the security of labor force is the poorest while the security of funds,technology and market is medium,thus making the Russian general industrial security status insecure from beginning to end,exerting an important influence on its comprehensive national strength,international status and national security.
