摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病患者临床诊疗过程中并发低血糖的原因及紧急处理措施。方法回顾性分析川北医学院附属医院2008年1月至2011年2月收治的糖尿病合并低血糖症56例患者的临床资料。结果 56例患者中,症状迅速缓解53例,遗留反应迟钝和明显记忆力减退2例,合并多器官功能衰竭死亡1例。结论积极预防低血糖发生和早期诊断及治疗低血糖是改善糖尿病患者生存质量和降低病死率的重要措施。Objective To study the cause and treatment of diabetic patients with hypoglycemia.Methods To retrospective analysis the data of 56 cases with diabetic patients combine hypoglycemia from January 2008 to February 2011.Results 53 patients were recovered completely and rapidly,2 patients were recovered with bad-response and loss of memory,1 patient was dead of multiple organ failure.Conclusion Active prevention,early diagnosis and treatment hypoglycemia is necessary to improve life quality and lower down death rate of diabetic patients.
