摘  要:针对常规压裂液的粘滞力和大分子聚合物对地层的伤害以及氧化型破胶剂的不足,研发了生物酶破胶剂SH-2,该试剂可将半乳甘露聚糖最终降解至不可还原的水溶性单糖,从而大大减少残渣伤害,其适用pH范围6~10、适应温度范围30~70℃,适应矿化度可达到10×104 mg/L以上。生物酶破胶剂SH-2在一定浓度范围内,既能满足携砂要求又能实现完全破胶。与氧化型破胶剂对比,在生物酶破胶剂SH-2作用下,破胶液残渣含量较低,破胶液对岩心渗透率的伤害小于20%。在延长油田志丹油区压裂中使用SH-2破胶剂,油井返排液粘度小于5mPa.s,返排率大于65%,增产421.9t,具有良好的经济效益。Based on conventional fracturing fluid viscous force and formation damage macromolecular polymers,and the APS inadequacies of gel breaking,the enzyme breaker SH-2 is developed,the agent can reduce galactomannan ultimately for irreversible degradation of the water-soluble sugars,thus greatly reducing the residual damage.Determination of enzyme activity can be expanded to 6 to 10 under the applicable pH range of enzyme,the temperature range can be expanded to 30~70 ℃,0~10% of the salt(Ka)(mineralization 100000mg/L) on the biological activity of essentially no effect.Enzyme breaker SH-2 in a certain range of concentration can satisfy the requirements of carrying sand and can completely break plastic gel.Compared with APS,by using the enzyme breaker SH-2,breaking of glue residue content is lower,glue breaking of the core permeability is less than 20% of the damage.SH-2 is used for fracturing in Zhidan Region of Yanchang Oilfield,flow back fluid viscosity is less than 5 mPa o s,flow back is more than 65%,production increase is of 421.9 tons with good economic benefits.
