恒河猴海洛因依赖动物模型的建立

摘　　要：目的：用吗啡依赖猴作对比，对海洛因依赖猴模型进行研究。方法：给猴每日３ 次臀部皮下注射海洛因，连续注射１０ 周。结果：随着注射海洛因时间的延长，猴的戒断症状逐渐加重。结论：本实验可使猴在１０ 周内形成海洛因依赖动物模型，具有成瘾过程平稳、海洛因用量少、成瘾时间缩短等优点。OBJECTIVE:To study heroin dependent macaca mulatta model through contrast to morphie dependent Macaca mulatta.METHOD:Macaca mulatta in this study were injected subcutaneously in buttock with heroin three times a day for ten weeks.RESULTS:Withdrawal sympotms deteriorated as injection period of heroin was protracted.CONCLUSION:This study can turn macaca mulatta into heroin dependent animal model.It has the advantages such as stable addiction process,low dose of heroin,shorter period of addiction and etc.
