摘 要:目的:观察香椿皮、臭椿皮的抗菌作用。方法:本文采用琼脂平板稀释法对香椿皮、臭椿皮的水提取物和醇提取物进行了体外抗菌试验对比研究。结果:香椿皮的水提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌均有抑杀作用;而臭椿皮水提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌只有微弱的抑杀作用,对绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌无抑杀作用。结论:香椿皮、臭椿皮来源于两种不同科属的植物,抗菌效果不同,成分不同,不宜混用。OBJECTIVE:THis paper described the antimicrobial test of cortex toonae and cortex ailanthi.METHOD:Antimicrobial test of water and alcohol extracts of cortex toonae and cortex ailanthi were carried out respectirely by agar dock dilution method.RESULTS:The results showed that staphylococcus aureus,pseudomonas aeruginosa and escherichia coli could be inhibitted and killed by water extract of cortex toonae.Staphylococcus aureus could slightly be inhibitted and killed by water exract of cortex ailanthi.Pseudomonas aeruginosa and escherichia colo couldn′t be inhibitted and killed by its extract.CONCLUSION:Cortex toonae and cortex ailanthi are different in plant origins,antimicrobial effects and ingredients.
