摘　　要：针对近年来国外正在发展的相伴毒代动力学现状，介绍了相伴毒代动力学的概念、相伴毒代动力学与药代动力学的差别、相伴毒代动力学在药物毒性研究中的作用及其实验设计方案等。The recent overseas progress in the investigation of concomitant toxicokinetics was reviewed in this article. The concept of concomitant toxicokinetics, the differences between concomitant toxicokinetics and pharmacokinetics, the role of concomitant toxicokinetics in drug toxicological studies and its experiment design were introduced.
