益气润肠液治疗虚证便秘的实验与临床研究

摘　　要：益气润肠液系由生白术、生首乌、肉苁蓉、炙黄芪等组成的中药复方合剂。动物实验结果显示，益气润肠液能促进小鼠小肠蠕动，增强家兔回肠收缩幅度，与对照组比较，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。临床研究中，将１０７ 例虚证便秘患者随机分为治疗组（３６ 例）、麻仁丸组（３６ 例）、西沙必利组（３５例），结果显示，近期疗效各组无显著差异，停药３个月后，治疗组优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗前后排便造影显示，治疗组对直肠前突和直肠粘膜脱垂的改善显著（Ｐ＜ ０．０５ 和Ｐ＜０．０１）。Yi Qi Run Chang oral liquid is a compound solution, of which the prescription is composed of Chinese herbs, such as Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Herba Cistachis, Radix Astragali, etc. Animal experiments showed that the oral liquid improved the motility of mouse intestine and increased the contraction amplitude of rabbit ileum, and compared with control group, there was significant discrepancy ( P <0 01). The clinical study with the oral liquid, in which 107 cases with asthenia type constipation were randomly divided into three groups: the oral liquid group (36 cases), hemp seed pill group (36 cases) and Cisapride group (35 cases), suggested that the short term curative responses hadn't signifieant diserepancy between each group, but after withdrawal for three months, the oral liquid group had much better response than the other two control groups ( P<0 01 ), and the rectocele and the prolapse of rectal mucous membrane were remitted markedly in the oral liquid grour ( P<0 05 and P<0.01 ).
