摘 要:目的 探讨同步健康教育对精神分裂症患者家属的影响,为临床干预提供依据.方法 将100名精神分裂症患者家属随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50名,两组均接受常规健康教育,观察组与患者接受同步健康教育.观察患者住院全程.于健康教育前后采用健康知识测评表评定两组家属对健康知识的掌握状况,护理工作满意度问卷评定两组家属及患者对护理工作的满意度,依从性调查问卷表评定患者的治疗依从性.结果 健康教育后两组家属健康知识掌握情况、对护理工作满意度均显著高于健康教育前(P<0.01),观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者治疗依从性均较健康教育前显著提高(P<0.05或0.01),但观察组较对照组提高更显著(P<0.05).结论 同步健康教育能提高精神分裂症患者与家属对精神疾病的认识能力,提高家庭对患者的支持度和监护能力,提高患者的治疗依从性,对促进患者的全面康复具有重要意义.Objective To explore the effects of synchronous health education on schizophenics' families in order to provide basis for clinical intervention. Methods One-hundred schizophenics' families were randomly assigned to observation and control group of 50 ones each, both groups received routine health education, and observation groups did synchronous health education with patients. Patients' whole hospitalization were observed. Before and after health education, the mastery of health knowledge of both groups was assessed with the Questionnaire on Health Knowledge Understanding (QHKU), families' and patients' satisfaction of nursing service with the Nurses' Jib Satisfaction Scale (NJSS) and patients' treatment compliance with the Morisy Questionnaire on Compliance (MQC). Results After health education, the mastery of health knowledge and satisfaction of nursing service of both groups were significantly higher compared with pre-education (P〈0.01), so were those in the observation than in the control group (P〈 0.01); the treatment compliance of both groups increased more significantly after education compared with pre-education (P〈0.05 or 0.01), so did that in the observation than in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Synchronous health education can improve perceptual ability of schizophenics and families to mental disorder, increase family's support and guardianship ability to patients,patients' treatment compliance and is important to promote patients' comprehensive rehabilitation.
