名医学术思想研究型传承模式的构建

摘　　要：研究总结名老中医的学术思想是中医学理论发展的主要途径。采用传统研究方法与现代研究方法相结合及多学科融合方式探索名医学术思想的研究型传承模式,对丰富和发展中医药理论具有重要意义。主要研究环节包括:(1)从名医大量临床病案中提炼科学假说;(2)考镜源流,寻找文献依据;(3)通过临床研究体现创新理论的实践意义;(4)通过实验研究揭示中医学理论的科学内涵。综合医案整理、文献溯源、临床研究、实验研究等各个环节,以冀达到在传承的基础上创新发展中医学理论的目的 。To study and summarize the academic thoughts of famous Chinese medicine doctors is the main pathway of developing Chinese medicine theories.It is of important significance in enriching and developing the Chinese medicine theories by combining traditional and modern research methods,merging multiple disciples to study the research inherit mode of famous academic thoughts.The major study links include：（1） To refine scientific hypotheses from huge amount of clinical case records;（2） To find the literature sources;（3） To em-body the practice significance of the innovative theories by clinical studies;（4） To reveal the scientific connota-tion of Chinese medicine theories by experimental studies.We hope to reach the goal of innovating and develo-ping Chinese medicine theories on the basis of inheritance by integrating clinical case records,tracing the litera-ture sources,clinical and experimental studies.
