摘　　要：采用面谈和深入小组访谈技术，与妇幼保健服务提供者和利用者（包括已婚妇女和她们的丈夫及未婚男女青年）开展讨论，从不同角度了解农村妇女生殖道感染性疾病以及对妇女生殖道感染疾病的认识程度和就诊情况，并对今后如何减少农村妇女生殖道感染提出了建议。Qualitative Study of Reproductive Tract Infection amongRural Women in Ruili City, Yunnan Province FANG Jing, WU Zunyou, DUAN Lianming, CHEN Guilan, JI Guoping, et al Kunming Medical Collage, Kunming, Yunnan 650031 Face-to-face interview and focus group discussion were used in qualitative study of reproductive tract infections (RTIs) among maternal and child health care providers at county, township and village levels and their clients in Ruili City Understanding RTIs among rural women was assessed in different groups including service providers, women themselves and their husband, unmarried young women and men Diagnosis and treatment of RTIs and STDs at different settings were discussed Recommendations on reduce the prevalence of RTIs and STDs were suggested based on the study
