摘  要:运用香蕉和小麦中戊唑醇残留检测方法,对1.0mg/L的标准工作溶液、香蕉和小麦提取液、香蕉、小麦中添加戊唑醇标样分别在-20℃、4℃、25℃条件下分别保存1天、3天、5天、7天、10天、14天,进行稳定性试验,香蕉和小麦中添加浓度为1.0mg/kg,14天后戊唑醇标准工作溶液分解率分别为6.95%、9.94%和15.92%,戊唑醇提取液14天后分解率分别为11.47%和19.64%、23.88%和23.12%、26.94%和27.49%,基质中添加样贮存7天后分解率分别为23.42%和27.18%、19.14%和26.73%。A residue analysis method was established for tebuconazole.1.0 mg/L of the tebuconazole standard working solution,bananas and wheat extraction,matrix spiked 1.0 mg/kg tebuconazole at-20℃,4℃,25℃ were preserved for 1 day,3 days,5 days,7 days,10 days and 14 days in the stability test.The results showed after 14 days tebuconazole decomposition rates of standard working solution were 6.95%,9.94% and 15.92%,respectively.Tebuconazole extract after 14 days decomposition rates were 11.47% and 19.64%,23.88% and 23.12%,26.94% and 27.49%,matrix spiked samples decomposition storage for 7 days rates were 23.42% and 27.18%,19.14% and 26.73%.
