摘 要:拟通过研究青冈容器苗不同氮水平对生长和质量的影响,确定适宜的施肥量。以青冈栎容器苗为研究对象,探讨5个施氮水平(0、0.184、0.629、1.074、1.518mg/cm3)对青冈栎容器苗苗高、地径、光合参数、叶绿素含量等影响。结果表明,不同施氮水平处理对青冈容器苗的高度、地径、主根长、生物量、质量指数影响显著,而且施肥对各参数的影响趋势一致,对施肥有响应的形态参数均在中等浓度0.629mg/cm3时最高,苗高为15.17cm,地径为3.39mm,主根长为16.7cm,质量指数为0.38。青冈栎叶片光合速率日变化大体呈现"双峰"曲线型,中度浓度的施肥处理0.629mg/cm3光合午休时光合速率降低程度较小,即波谷光合速率值较高(5.56μmolCO2/(m2.s)),并表现出最高的F'v/F'm、ФPSII和光化学猝灭(qP),以及根、茎、叶较高的可溶性糖含量。根、茎、叶各器官含氮量和叶绿素含量随着施氮量的增加而增加,叶片中的含氮量显著高于根、茎中的含氮量。在青冈栎容器苗培育过程中,以施氮素0.629mg/cm3为最佳。The goal of this study was to evaluate the reasonable fertilizer of nitrogen application on Cyclobalanopsis glauca container seedlings.Plant height,basal diameter,and chlorophyll content,photosynthetic parameters were investigated in the C.glauca container seedlings grown in five nitrogen environments(0,0.184,0.629,1.074,and 1.518 mg/cm 3).Plant height,basal diameter,main root length,biomass accumulation and quality index were significantly affected by nitrogen concentrations,with the maximum was observed in nitrogen level of 0.629 mg/cm 3(average:plant height=15.17 cm,basal diameter= 3.39 mm,main root length=16.7 cm,quality index=0.38).The diurnal process of photosynthetic rate of C.glauca exhibited a double peak curve in which the main peak appeared around 11:00 and the second around 15:00.This indicated an obvious phenomenon of midday depression of photosynthesis,while higher photosynthetic rate(5.56 μmol CO 2 /(m 2 ·s)) was maintained at midday in the plants grown in middle nitrogen environments(0.629 mg/cm 3) than other treatments.Moreover,the efficiency of energy conversion of open PSⅡ(F' v /F' m),photochemical efficiency of PS II,and photochemical quenching(qP) were highest in the plants grown in middle nitrogen environments(0.629 mg/cm 3).The soluble sugar content of root,stem and leaf was highest when plants grown in middle nitrogen level(0.629 mg/cm 3) among the five treatments.Root nitrogen,stem nitrogen,leaf nitrogen and chlorophyll content increased in increased nitrogen concentrations.Leaf nitrogen was significantly higher than root and stem nitrogen concentration.We concluded that 0.629 mg/cm 3 nitrogen was the optimum with exponential fertilization technique in the cultivation of C.glauca container seedlings.
