紫茉莉果实水提液对月见草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘　　要：为研究紫茉莉果实水提液对月见草的化感作用,分别用浓度为0.025g/mL、0.05g/mL、0.1g/mL紫茉莉果实水提液处理月见草种子,测定其种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和幼苗生长状况,分析紫茉莉果实水提液对月见草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,紫茉莉果实水提液浓度为0.025g/mL时,月见草种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均达最高;紫茉莉果实水提液浓度为0.05g/mL、0.025g/mL时,提高了月见草幼苗的鲜重、苗高,但抑制了其根系的生长。紫茉莉果实水提液可促进月见草种子萌发,提高月见草幼苗的鲜重、苗高,但会抑制其根系的生长。In this paper,the study aimed to research the allelopathic effect of Mirabilis jalapa L.on Oenothera biennis L..Oenothera biennis L.seeds were placed in petri dishes in the laboratory conditions and soaked with water extract from Mirabilis jalapa L.fruit.The concentrations of water extract from Mirabilis jalapa L.fruit were 0.025 g/mL,0.05 g/mL,0.1 g/mL respectively.The effects of water extract from Mirabilis jalapa L.fruit were analyzed by the determinations of germination potential,germination rates,activity index,germination index and growth of seedling.The results showed that germination potential,germination rates,activity index and germination index all reached the highest compared to the other groups when the concentration of water extract from Mirabilis jalapa L.fruit was 0.025 g/mL.The fresh weight and seedling length were improved compared to the control group when the concentration of water extract from Mirabilis jalapa L.fruit were 0.05 g/mL,0.025 g/mL,but its root growth was inhibited.The water extract from Mirabilis jalapa L.fruit could promote seed germination and raise fresh weight,seedling length of Oenothera biennis L,but its root growth was inhibited.
