摘  要:惠州抽水蓄能电站的电力系统稳定器(power system stabilizer,PSS)在励磁附加控制投入后引起功率自发振荡,根据实测的频率特性进行原因分析。励磁附加控制的引入改变了励磁系统的无补偿特性,基于相位补偿原理配置的PSS反而削弱了机组阻尼,因而引起功率振荡。指出惠州抽水蓄能电站在正常运行方式下不应投入励磁附加控制,励磁附加控制与PSS相互作用的机理需作进一步的研究。Power fluctuation is caused by auxiliary exciting control in power system stabilizer (PSS) in Huizhou pumped-storage power plant, and the reasons are analyzed in accordance to measured frequency characteristics. The introduction of auxiliary exciting control alters non-offset characteristics of exciting system and PSS configured on the basis of phase compensation deduces damp of units instead. Hence, power fluctuation is caused. The paper points out that auxiliary exciting control can not be applied in normal operating mode and mechanism of interaction between auxiliary exciting control and PSS should be studied further.
