摘  要:气井测试对认识气藏地层参数、预测气井产能、评价生产状况具有十分重要的意义。但对于高酸气田气井关井后,由于不同组分密度的差异,导致重组分如硫化氢、二氧化碳以及多硫化物在重力、浮力、阻力、化学势的变化及热扩散作用下向下沉降,从而出现组分分离,由于井筒残酸、井筒储集效应、管内摩阻、温度变化、水击作用以及关井前产量等因素影响,可能导致酸性气藏储层伤害。同时,在实际工作中,由于测试影响产量与生产,因井斜大、油套变形等井况原因,电子压力计不能下至井底,导致气井测试难以开展。为了寻找另一种试井途径来弥补其不足,从不稳定渗流理论出发,提出了变流量不关井压力恢复试井方法。实际应用效果分析表明,该方法可行、有效,基本能达到关井压力恢复试井等效的结果。Well test was of great significance for understanding gas reservoir parameters,forecasting productivity of gas wells and evaluating production status.But for high sour gas field after gas wells were shut down,due to the differences of component densities,the heavy compositions such as H2S,CO2 and polysulfides in gravity,buoyancy,resistance and chemical potential were changed and they were settled down under the effect of thermal diffusion and separation of compositions were induced.Because of the influential factors of wellbore storage effect,internal tubing friction,temperature changes,water hammer effect and the production rate before well was shut down and the other factors,formation damage was induced in acid gas reservoirs.At the same time,in actual operation,because of the contradiction between the yield and production caused by well testing,well deviation and tubings and casings deformation,electronic pressure gauge can not be run down to the bottom,thus gas well test is difficult.In order to find a better way to solve the problems mentioned above,based on unstable percolation theory,a well test method of pressure buildup by changing flow-rate without shutting-in was put forward.The practical application result shows that the method is feasible and effective,it can reach the result of shut-in pressure buildup of well test.
