摘　　要：对曲靖市近年的垃圾处理费收缴情况进行了研究。围绕提高收缴率,从体制改革、政策支持及收缴方法等角度提出了建议。A study was undertaken on the fee - collection for treating the domestic solid waste in Qujing City in recent years. Advice is given in respect of institutional reform, policy support and means of collection.
