摘 要:目的了解我国部队医院中多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌的主要流行克隆谱系,揭示分子流行的趋势。方法基于鲍氏不动杆菌的靶标基因ompA、csuE和blaOXA-51-like设计2组特异性引物,并建立了基于序列分型的多重PCR方法;进一步选用该方法鉴定多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌的主要流行克隆谱系。结果分离自我国6所部队医院的194株多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌以Group 1序列型为主,所占的比例高达73.7%;除了Group 1序列型外,还发现了属于Group4、Group5、Group8、Group9、Group10序列型的菌株。结论我国部队医院的流行克隆谱系与欧洲克隆谱系Ⅱ具有高度的同源性;该实验研究中未发现属于Group 2和Group3的菌株,说明在我国部队医院中还未发现存在有属于欧洲克隆谱系Ⅰ和Ⅲ的菌株。OBJECTIVE To gain a insight into the prevalent clonal lineages and molecular epidemic tendency of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(MDRAB) strains causing nosocomial infections in military hospitals in China. METHODS Sequence-based typing and multiplex PCR were used to identify the prevalent clonal lineages of MDRAB strains from 6 Chinese military hospitals.The target genes of A.baumannii investigated in the present study were ompA,csuE and blaOXA-51-like. RESULTS In total,194 MDRAB isolates were obtained from 6 military hospitals in China.Six sequence groups were identified among these isolates,with the majority of isolates(73.70%,n=143) belonging to the defined sequence group 1.The remaining 51 isolates belonged to five other variant sequence groups,defined according to new combinations of amplicons obtained in the two sequence multiplex PCRs. CONCLUSION The prevalent clonal lineages of MDRAB in Chinese military hospitals may be confined solely to the previously defined European clone Ⅱ.Rather,two broader lineages of European clones Ⅰand Ⅲ now seem not to be spreading throughout China.
