清洗后医疗器械灭菌包装时限的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医疗器械清洗后、灭菌包装前的存放时限,提高医疗器械高压灭菌质量。方法将正常使用后的手术器械置于同一台全自动清洗机按设定程序清洗,选择清洗合格的手术器械,暴露于包装间空气中,分别于即刻、放置15、30min及1、2、4h,采样监测细菌污染情况。结果在空气中暴露15、30min组的细菌菌落数分别为10、10～60CFU,与即刻组10～20CFU比较,差异均无统计学意义,在空气中暴露1、2h组的细菌菌落数分别为10～160、10～240CFU,与即刻组比较差异有统计学意义(t=-2.129、-2.102,P<0.05),在空气中暴露4h组的细菌菌落数为10～50CFU,高于即刻组(t=-3.683,P<0.01)。结论器械清洗合格后应及时进行检查包装灭菌,清洗后1h内完成包装效果最好,包装时限应≤4h。OBJECTIVE To explore the cleaning of medical instrument to packing sterilization time,to increase the efficiency of sterilization. METHODS The normal use of surgical instruments were placed in the same fully automatic cleaning of the press to configure an application.Thirty pieces of cleaning up to surgery instruments were Chosen and exposed the packing room air.Completed in a flash,placed 15min,0.5h,2h,4h,8h,and monitoring sampling bacteria condition. RESULTS In the air show 15min,0.5h group of the population fell on immediately sample testing of the population fell for no obvious differences not meet quality requirements（t=0.441,P=0.662;t=-0.867,P=0.393）.In the air show at the population groups 1h,2h fell with a notable difference in meaning of statistics（t=-2.129,t=-2.102,P＆lt;0.05）.In the air show 4h,8h bacteria,group of organisms that had fallen in for higher than the group,there was a very significant statistical significance between the two groups（t=-3.683,P＆lt;0.01）. CONCLUSION Clean instrument should be able to examine,package,sterilize in time.After cleaning at the finish packaging time limit does not exceed 4 h.
