摘  要:目的研究干预前后骨科抗菌药物预防使用强度的变化趋势,为合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用能够准确反映抗菌药物使用强度的DDDs/100人天对2006-2009年医院骨科抗菌药物使用情况进行统计。结果随着医院对抗菌药物预防性使用干预的进行,第一代头孢菌素使用强度由2007年的3.71DDDs/100人天上升至2008年的8.63DDDs/100人天,2009年达到9.73DDDs/100人天,第二代头孢菌素2006-2009年的变化趋势为9.68、14.45、16.31、27.07DDDs/100人天,第三代头孢菌素的使用强度下降较多(除头孢曲松外);喹诺酮类和氨基糖苷类抗菌药物也在干预后出现下降趋势。结论通过对抗菌药物预防性使用的干预,医院抗菌药物的使用更加合理。OBJECTIVE To investigate the variation of antibacterial use density(AUD) with intervention during perioperative period in orthopedics department. METHODS By using retrospective study, the data of drug use from 2006 to 2009 were collected and analyzed. DDDs/100 patient-days were taken as the unit, AUD was calculated and carried on the analysis. RESULTS As a result of intervention, AUD of first cephalosporins increased from 3.71 DDDs/100 patient-day in 2007 to 8.63 DDDs/100 patient-days in 2008 and reached to 9.73 DDDs/100 patient-day in 2009~ AUD of the second generation cephalosporins varied at 9.68, 14. 45, 16.31~ and 27.07 DDDs/1000 patient-day. AUD of third generation cephalosporins was decreased except ceftriaxone~ aminoglycosides and FQNS were decreased after intervention. CONCLUSION The intervention to the prophylactic use of antibiotics has made the sue of antibiotics more reasonable.
