氟康唑治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺部真菌感染的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析氟康唑治疗72例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者并发肺部真菌感染的疗效及其安全性。方法对2008年1月-2010年12月老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病住院患者肺部真菌感染的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 72例应用氟康唑治疗肺部真菌感染的患者,治愈率为76.4%,显效率为16.7%,无效率为6.9%;不良反应发生率为22.2%,无严重不良反应发生。结论氟康唑治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺部真菌感染安全有效。OBJECTIVE To analyze clinical efficacy and safety of fluconazole in treating pulmonary fungal infections in 72 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. METHODS The clinical data of 72 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease suffering from pulmonary fungal infections admitted from Jan 2008 to Dec 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS The cure rate of the elderly patients after fluconazole therapy was 76.4%, the improved rate and invalid rate was 16. 7%and 609%, respectively, The adverse reaction rate of fluconzole was 22.2%, and there was not severe toxic adverse reaction. CONCLUSION The fluconzole in treating pulmonary fungal infections for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is safe and effective.
