摘  要:采用柠檬酸络合法制备了La2AxB1-xO4系列催化剂,运用XRD、NO-TPD及O2-TPD对样品进行了表征,并将其与碳烟微粒紧密接触后置于固定床连续流动反应系统中对催化剂进行活性评价.研究发现,La2BO4(B分别代表Cu、Fe、Co和Mn)B位的Cu取代以及La2Cu1-xFexO4中Fe的取代量为0.3时具有较好同时去除PM-NO的催化活性;当O2体积分数超过10%时,NO的转化率和碳烟的起燃温度呈现出了矛盾关系;气体对碳烟的氧化能力顺序为NO2>O2>NO;具有活性的吸附氧使碳颗粒不完全燃烧产生的CO作为NO的还原剂,两者在晶格氧空位上发生吸附和表面反应而将碳烟微粒和NO同时去除.A series of La2AxB1-xO4 catalysts were prepared by organic acid ligation method, and catalysts and soot particles were placed in fixed-bed continuous flow reaction system after close contacted. Temperature programmed reaction method was used to evaluate catalytic activity for simultaneous removal of diesel exhaust NOx and soot. The results indicate that good PM-NO catalytic activities can be achieved when Cu substitution on LaEBO4 (B = Cu, Fe, Co, Mn) and Fe substitution on La2Cu1-xFexO4 are both 0.3 ; that NO conversion and soot ignition temperature show a contradictory relationship when the O2 concentration is over 10%; that the soot oxidation ability is NO2〉O2〉NO; that incomplete combustion of particles by active adsorbed oxygen generates CO as reductants of NO, both of which were absorbed and reacted with each other on oxygen vacancies of lattice thus simultaneously reducting PM and NO.
