摘 要:采用了脉冲式中红外分布反馈(DFB)量子级联激光器(QCL),其可调工作波长范围为1248-1257cm^-1。在2.6cmq的可调光谱范围内,通过每个温度下的硫化氢光谱来描述QCL系统的温度调谐特性。利用所采集的标准具信号来校准频率,解析信号特性可得出系统的分辨率。采用直接光谱吸收技术,并结合系统中多反腔所提供的长达20m的光程,基于QCL的气体检测系统对甲烷(cH4)气体进行检测,得出高分辨率的中红外波段甲烷光谱,并和基于标准数据库HITRAN的模拟结果进行了比较,得出较好的印证结果,并为空气中有毒有害气体的检测奠定良好基础。Pulsed middle infrared distributed feedback (DFB) quantum cascade laser (QCL) used in this work was tunable between 1248-1257 cm-1, and the temperature tuning characterization of the QCL housing system had been presented by using hydrogen sulfide spectroscopy in the spectral range of 2.6 cm-1. Different spectral range were obtained by scanning the laser in corresponding temperatures, from a relatively better range that some interest gas absorption spectral lines were chosen to be studied. Etalon fringes were used to calibrate the frequency and also gave the chirp rate of the sensing system. The QCL based gas sensing system was set up to measure methane transmissions of which high resolution spectrum using direct absorption spectroscopy based on multi-pass White cell was shown, and it shows good agreement with the simulation from HITRAN. It could also present a good idea to detect the poisonous gas using QCL detection system because of its high resolution, high sensitivity and selectivity.
