摘 要:宽带无线通信的带宽瓶颈促进了ROF技术的发展,并使微波光子器件成为研究热点之一。微波光子滤波器(MPF)实现了在光域内直接对微波信号的处理功能,受到了众多研究者的关注。光纤光栅(FBG)具有独特的波长选择和色散特性,是构成MPF结构的最佳可选光器件之一。在理论分析MPF的基础上,结合基于FBG的MPF典型结构给出了影响MPF性能的关键因素,即非相干性、高品质因数、负系数、可调谐性和可重构性。对一阶无限抽头MPF结构进行了建模分析,并提出一种基于FBG的具有平坦、负系数和高品质因数特性的MPF,得出获得高品质因数的最佳条件,理论分析结果和基于FBG的MPF结构的实际仿真结果相吻合。The ROF technology developed greatly with the gradually increase needs of wide band wireless communication, and microwave photonic devices has become one of the hot research spots. For microwave photonic filter (MPF) can process RF signal in the optical domain, it has attracted more and more attention. Fiber Bragg grating (FBG) has unique characteristics of wavelength selection and dispersion, so it is one of the best choice to build the MPF. Based on the theory analysis, some typical MPF structures based on FBG were given, and the key factors affecting the performance of MPF were analyzed, including the incoherence, high quality factor, negative coefficient, tenability and reconstruction. A MPF structure based on FBG was put forward, it had the characteristics of flat response, high quality factor and negative coefficient. The theoretical model for analyzing the one order infinite taps MPF was developed, and the optimal condition for getting the high quality factor was obtained, the theoretical analysis results are in good accord with the real MPF structure simulation result based on FBG.
