摘  要:基于电寻址液晶(EALCD)读写图像实时、衍射效率高的特性,设计了以EALCD和CCD为关键器件的数字全息干涉系统。系统满足空间带宽积,时间、空间相干度和偏振度的要求,提高了干涉条纹的对比度,降低了散斑噪声等影响,实现了数字全息干涉术的高精度测试。利用双曝光全息干涉术原理,应用Matlab编程取代传统相移术中的压电位移器,实现4个干涉图法,进行以硬币为物体的位移实验。结果表明,受力后硬币发生了位移。利用该项技术将传统的全息干涉术与现代的探测器件相结合,可实现全息干涉术测试的数字化、实时化,大大地提高了测试工作的效率。Based on the EALCD features of real-time writing and reading images, as well as high diffraction efficiency, digital holographic interferometry system with the key devices of EALCD and CCD was designed. The system met the requirements of space-bandwidth product, temporal coherence, spatial coherence and polarization degree. The contrast of holographic interference fringes were raised and the influence of sPeckle noise was decreased. The measurement with high precision of digital holographic interferometry couble be obtained. The coin displacement experiment was given out, which was based on double-exposure holographic interferometry. The 4-interferograms method was achieved by compiling program based on Matlab instead of PZT in traditional phase shifting interferometry. The experimental results show that the displacement is happened after the force is applied on the coin. It proves that the combination of traditional holographic interferometry and modem detective devices can realize digitalization and real-time. The measurement efficiency is raised greatly.
