摘　　要：随着项目建设越来越大型化,建设周期越来越短,过去的设计、采购、施工界线分明的传统建设模式已逐渐被设计、采购、施工深度交叉的EPC总承包模式所取代。这就要求投资控制的理念必须不断更新,投资控制的方法要更加多样化,必须对项目进行全过程、全方位投资控制。As more and more large-scale projects and shorter construction period,the previous design,procurement,construction,clear-cut of traditional model have gradually been replaced by EPC mode crossing design,procurement,and the depth of construction.This requires that the concept of investment control must be constantly updated,investment control approach must have a more diverse,and the whole process investment control need to be conducted.
