康惠尔透明贴膜在激光R电离治疗黑痣中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨康惠尔透明贴膜在促进激光R电离治疗黑痣所致创面愈合中的应用。方法:选择165例面部黑痣患者行激光R电离治疗后的创面,采用康惠尔透明贴膜对创面进行换药治疗。观察创面的愈合时间、感染的发生率、有无疤痕形成及病人的满意度。结果:在激光R电离治疗黑痣后的创面,使用康惠尔透明贴膜换药后,愈合时间缩短为5±1.25天,较前未使用该贴膜换药的患者创面愈合时间缩短了13±1.70天,且在使用过程中无1例有局部感染、过敏、疤痕的形成,患者满意率100%。结论:康惠尔透明贴膜能有效促进激光R电离治疗黑痣创面的愈合,避免了术后并发症,提高了患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective： discuss the effect of comfeel transparent dressing in treating wound surface caused by laser R ionizing treating pigmented naevus.Method： select 165 patients with wound surface caused by laser R ionizing treating pigmented naevus,and then treat with comfeel transparent dressing.Observe wound healing time,infection rate,scarred and unscarred faces,and patients＇ satisfaction.Result： the wound surface after laser R ionizing treating pigmented naevus is healing by using comfeel transparent dressing,and the time is shorted 5±1.25 days,which is shorter 13±1.70 days than the healing time without using comfeel transparent dressing.And no patients are infected.Patients＇ satisfaction is 100%.Conclusion： comfeel transparent dressing is effective to wound healing caused by laser R ionizing treating pigmented naevus;it prevents postoperative complications,improves patients＇ satisfaction.It is worth of promoting.
