摘　　要：目的:研究TDP治疗器联合季德胜蛇药对急性痛风性关节炎发作的治疗效果。方法:选择急性痛风性关节炎发作患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组予以TDP治疗器联合季德胜蛇药照射治疗;对照组予秋水仙碱口服治疗。根据治疗前后症状和实验室检查判定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率91.2%,对照组总有效率57.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<O.05);治疗组无明显毒副作用,对照组12例出现不良反应。结论:TDP治疗器联合季德胜蛇药可安全有效治疗急性痛风性关节发作。Objective： Study the effect of TDP therapentic equipment and Jidesheng snake drugs on acute gouty arthritis.Method： Select 60 cases patients with acute gouty arthritis as the research subjects,sort to treatment group and control group at random.For treatment group,treat with TDP therapentic equipment and Jidesheng snake drugs;for control group,treat with colchicin.Judge curative effect according to symbol before and after treatment and laboratory examination.Results： total effective rate of treatment group is 91.2%;total effective rate of control group is 57.1%.The comparative difference of two groups has statistical significance（PO.05）;there are no toxic side effect for treatment group;12 patients of control group occur untoward effect.Conclusion： TDP therapentic equipment and Jidesheng snake drugs is effective to cure acute gouty arthritis.
