摘  要:研究了用亚硫酸钠和硫酸亚铁两步还原、然后进行沉淀浮选处理电镀废水中的Cr6 + .试验结果表明,用亚硫酸钠和硫酸亚铁混合还原较单一还原剂还原效果好,在原水含Cr6 +1 .92 ×10 - 3mol/L的情况下,处理后残余总铬浓度仅为1 .35×10 - 5mol/L,远低于国家的排放标准,且处理时间短、上浮渣少、出水清澈透明.研究了还原剂最佳组合用量,浮选最佳pH值,捕收剂种类,最佳用量和组合用药对浮选效果的影响.Treatment of Cr 6+ -electroplating wastew a ter by two steps reduction with Na 2SO 3 and FeSO 4 and then by precipitation-floatation method has been studied.The results indicate that the efficiency of reduction with the compound of Na 2SO 3 and FeSO 4 is better than that of single reductant.When the content of Cr 6+ is 1.92×10 -3 mol/L in influent,the content of Cr 6+ is only 1.35×10 -5 mol/L in effluents after treatm ent,which is far below the national standard of discharse.Morever,the above-mentioned treating method saves,the discard of flotation is less and the effluent is clear.The effects of optimal ratio of reauctants,pH value of flotation,and the kinds,apt amount and mtio of capturer on flotation have been studied.
