计算激光光束M^2因子的两种新方法

摘　　要：对实际激光光束M2因子的计算测量作了一些讨论，给出了两种计算测定实际激光束M2因子的新方法：由光束不同截面的光斑半径来得到M2因子；测得激光束某个截面的光强分布求出激光束的M2因子．The calculation and measurement of laser beam M2-factor was discussed, then two new methods was proposed. One of them is to obtain M2-factor from the spot size of many cross sections; the other is from the intensity profile of one section.
