摘　　要：以天津市高校图书馆管理主体与高校读者、高校图书馆附近的政府机关、科研机构、企事业单位等社会读者作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对高校图书馆向社会开放的影响因素进行调查,在对调研结果进行因子实证分析的基础上,以Tornatzky和Fleischer提出的TOE理论作为分析框架,得出影响高校图书馆向社会开放的技术因素、组织因素和环境因素。Focusing on librarties of Tianjin universities and their users including campus and community users that work in government,reserach organs and government-sponsored institutions around the universities,the paper investigated and discussed the factors that influence university libraries openning to society by the means of questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.Based on the factor positive analysis of the survey result,the paper proceeded to further explore the factors that influence university libraries opening to society in terms of technology,organization and environment with TOE Model as analytical framework which was proposed by Tornatzky and Fleischer.
