摘　　要：后数字图书馆是一种全新的图书馆理念,是未来图书馆存在的重要形态。本文在论述泛在智能、泛在知识环境、后数字图书馆概念的基础上,围绕提高泛在化知识服务能力,论述了融入用户知识的应用平台构建和具有泛在能力的高素质学科馆员的塑造。Post digital library is a new idea about library,it is the important form of libraries in the future.Based on the concepts of ubiquitous intelligent,ubiquitous knowledge environment,and post digital library,this paper discussed building application platform which integrated users＇ knowledge and the shaping of high qualified librarians who have ubiquitous ability.
