网络环境下高校图书馆文献资源建设策略研究

摘　　要：网络环境下,拥有与存取是高校图书馆文献资源建设的发展方向。文章阐述了拥有的原则和方法、存取的重点。针对CASHL、CALIS和NSTL等文献资源共享中心外文文献不足的状况,提出建立国家级外文文献资源储备中心的设想。并建议图书馆将通过文献传递获得的外文文献建成数据库,供校内读者使用,以增加外文馆藏和降低成本。Possession and access is the direction of literature resources construction in university libraries in network environment.The article illustrated the ways and principles of possession and the focal point of access.As well as,it proposed the idea of establishing the national foreign literature resources reserve centre because of the inadequate of foreign documents with CASHL,CALIS and NSTL resource sharing center.Besides,the author suggested building a foreign literatures database obtained through the document delivery for school readers to increase the foreign literatures and reduce costs.
