摘　　要：在信息时代背景下,行业信息资源的不平衡不匹配已成为制约行业发展的瓶颈因素。本文以系统论和资源配置理论为依托,明确分析在现阶段行业信息资源的共建共享系统建设过程中遇到的主要障碍,在此基础上,构建行业信息资源共享机制,以提高行业内信息资源的利用效率。In the context of the information age,the imbalance of information resources of the industry has become a bottleneck factor constraining development of the industry.The article used Resource allocation theory and System theory as the basis,analyzed the main obstacles in the industry information resources sharing and set up a cooperative constructing and sharing system of industry information resource to improve industry efficiency in the use of information resources.
