云计算环境下学科馆员嵌入高校科研团队的服务体系初探

摘　　要：云计算催生了学科专业化服务。随着高校科研水平、学科贡献、学科影响力等方面的竞争和发展,学科馆员嵌入高校科研团队进行知识协同和管理服务日趋紧迫,高校图书馆必须甄拔具有"云图书馆员"理念的高素质学科馆员,明确其任务要求和服务方式;同时探索出学科馆员进行个性化、增值化科研项目服务的体系。才能有的放矢,适应飞速发展的科技时代。Cloud computing brings forth the specialization of subjects.With the development and innovation of scientific research,subject contribution and influence in universities,it becomes increasingly urgent for subject librarians to be embedded in scientific research team to imlement Knowledge Synergy and management.Subject librarians with quality of Cloud librarians were supposed to be selected and make clear their task requirement and service mode along with searching for subject librarian＇s individualized and value-added scientific research service system.Only in this way can university libraries have a definite object in view to adapt to rapid growth of science and technology.
