摘　　要：本文通过互联网络对我国教育部部级科技查新站进行调查,以教育部设立的78所部级科技查新站为对象,对其建立查新管理系统情况进行调查,并对调查结果进行汇总及分析,探讨现有查新管理系统存在的问题,进而提出改进对策。In this paper,the author invested the Ministry of Education＇s 78 novelty search organizations through Internet,its establishment of novelty search management system and the survey results summary and analysis of the current investigation the problems the new management system,and thus proposed countermeasures.
