摘  要:借鉴锻压领域的中心压实法,研究采用不均匀温度场方法改善楔横轧件芯部质量。为获取最佳改善楔横轧件心部质量的合理不均匀温度场,本文利用有限元技术,研究了相关热力学参数对不均匀温度场的影响规律,并结合冷却实验,得到合理不均匀温度场温度梯度曲线。通过力学分析和楔横轧实验验证,研究了获取合理不均匀温度场实际工作方法。With reference to the center-pressure method used often in the forging,the quality of rolled pieces internal part can be improved during three-roll cross wedge rolling by non-uniform temperature field.For gaining optimal non-uniform temperature field which improves the quality of rolled pieces internal part as much as possible,the influence of relevant thermodynamics parameters on non-uniform temperature field was studied by FEM.Combined with water-cooled experimental,the internal temperature gradient of rolled pieces on optimal non-uniform temperature field were ascertained.The method of practical optimal non-uniform temperature field was checked by mechanical analysis and three-roll cross wedge rolling experiment,and it may apply to the practical work.
