摘 要:多连杆机构是拉延类机械压力机采用的主传动机构,通过参数优化能够实现拉延过程中滑块速度低而平稳、快速回程的功能,提高拉延件的质量和工作效率。针对压力机传动结构中最常用的八连杆机构,应用ANSYS/AP-DL开发多连杆机构参数化建模分析和优化程序,程序分为前处理、求解、后处理、优化计算四部分。在前处理模块输入机构参数,建立有限元模型;后处理模块提取ANSYS计算数据,编程得到目标函数和状态变量,通过修改前处理建模部分可实现任意机构的参数化建模计算。最后给出了八连杆机构优化算例,优化前拉延过程中的速度波动很大,优化后速度非常平稳,滑块行程及拉延速度皆满足了设计预先提出的要求。Multi-linkage mechanism is the main driving mode used in drawing machinery press.Through parameter optimization,low and stable rate in drawing process and a quick backhaul function to improve the quality and efficiency of drawing parts for slider were realized.According to the eight bar linkage mechanism which is most commonly used in the press transmission structure,the multiparametric modeling of linkage analysis and optimization program based on ANSYS/APDL was developed.The program is divided into four parts including pre-processing,solving,post-processing and optimization.The mechanism parameters were input into pre-processing module to build the element model;ANSYS data were extracted from post-processing module to receive the objective function and state variables by programming,and it may achieve calculation of any parametric modeling mechanism by modifying pre-processing model.Eight bar mechanism optimization examples were given finally.The process drawing speed changed greatly before optimization,however.the speed was very smooth after optimization.The slider stroke and pull out speed can satisfy the pre-requests of design.
