摘  要:利用数值模拟研究了316L无缝不锈钢异径管成形过程中,不同轴向的等效应力和应变的分布情况。在此基础上,比较了不同的摩擦系数下,异径管件两端厚度的情况。模拟结果显示:管壁随着摩擦系数的增加而厚度增加;摩擦系数较小时,厚度均匀性也会改善。根据数值模拟结果,进行了实际的异径管冷挤压成形,得到的产品完全高于核电用异径管产品相关标准。研究结果表明,通过控制管件成形的关键技术可以有效改善异径管的成形性能。The distributions of different axial equivalent stresses and strains were investigated by means of the numerical simulation during the forming process of SS316L seamless reducer.Then,the thicknesses of both reducer's ends were analyzed under different friction coefficients.The results of simulation show that the thickness of reducers increase with the augment of friction coefficients and the uniformity of the reducer's thickness is improved either when friction coefficient is small.The practical extrusion forming of reducers was performed based on the simulation results,and the production was totally complied with the relevant standard.The results indicate that the better controlling of key technology could improve the reducer formability.
