摘 要:CN100汽车发动机油底壳在试模的时候会发生起皱、减薄的现象。本文利用ETA/Dynaform进行拉深模拟,在拉深结果中出现起皱、减薄部位选取节点进行应力分析,采用拉延筋、增大凸模圆角半径为原来的1.5倍的方法进行改进,消除缺陷,最后进行试模实验验证模拟结果。实验结果表明,起皱、减薄现象得到有效的缓解甚至消除。Wrinking and thinning are often met when the die of CN100 car engine pan is tested.The drawing process was simulated by ETA/Dynaform.At the wrinking and thinning position of the simulated drawing,the nodes were seleted and used for analyzing the stresses.Drawbead was used and die radius was increased to 1.5 times of the original in order to eliminate defect.Finally the simulation result was verified using experimental die.The experimental result show that the wrinkling and thinning phenomenons are effectively alleviated or even eliminated.
